STUDENTS EVALUATION REPORTS
Student Evaluation
At the Ekpaideftiria Bougas Primary School, we place great emphasis on descriptive evaluation, an innovative system that has been implemented in primary education in recent years. Every term, parents and students receive the School Progress Report (SPR). This report, written and provided by teachers, is given to both students and parents, along with the performance report at the end of each term, covering selected subjects. Specifically, descriptive evaluation:
- Provides a qualitative assessment of the student’s performance, which results from the continuous and systematic process of collecting, recording, interpreting, and utilizing information about their progress and achievements, as well as the process they followed to reach that performance.
- Fosters collaboration.
- Does not create performance anxiety in students.
- Boosts self-confidence.
- Takes into account the whole student, evaluating both cognitive abilities and the emotional and social aspects of their personality and behavior.
- Strengthens the cooperation between school and family.
