INTERNAL REGULATIONS
Internal Regulations for the Day Care Center
The Regulations are based on what is stipulated by the State for the education and operation of public and private schools, incorporating accepted pedagogical principles and adapting to the specific conditions of the Nursery School's operation.
The rules are a fundamental prerequisite for the methodical and effective performance of the school's work.
Our goal is to create a pedagogical and teaching environment that facilitates the smooth and effective implementation of our educational program so that the child feels secure and safe while discovering and maximizing their potential.
The cooperation and contribution of all involved parties are essential, as they need to be informed, apply, and respect the rules of the school routine that the child experiences.
Please study the document and follow the procedures that concern you. Enrolling your child in our school requires acceptance and implementation of the following rules to ensure the formation of a calm, organized, and collaborative school community, to the benefit of our children.

A. Electronic Platform
Ekpaideftiria Bougas, as an organization consistently oriented towards progress and development in the field of education, has inaugurated a new collaboration with Microsoft to create learning experiences and utilize effective teaching methods with modern technological tools for the benefit of every student.
The ultimate goal is to join the group of the most creatively technological schools by following the Microsoft Education Journey while simultaneously implementing the Education Transformation Framework.
At the same time, on an administrative level, we are activating applications aimed at eliminating bureaucracy and ensuring optimal and timely communication with parents and guardians.
Within this framework, we are closely collaborating with EPAPHOS and will be communicating with you through the portal of our new platform, 4schools.
B. Personal Data Management
- Upon registering the child, parents are informed about the personal data management policy. They sign a consent form regarding the handling of personal data (e.g., management of photos, videos) on both the platform and the school's website.
- Posting of school photos or videos on social media is not permitted.
- The school does not provide personal information (phone numbers, addresses, etc.) to other parents without their consent.

- Any medication carried in the infant's bag must be in a tightly sealed bag with written instructions on how and for how long to take it (special form found on the platform).
- In case the child is transported by school bus, the school bus attendant must be informed about the medication in the child’s bag.

Parents of infants attending the school must be consistent in their financial obligations, as they derive from the written financial agreement signed by both sides (parent/guardian-school) upon enrollment of the infant. The inconsistency in tuition payments determines and affects the smooth operation of the entire school unit. In the event of non-payment of tuition fees, the school reserves the right to exercise any of its legal rights.
Tuition installments must be paid by the fifth day of each month. Tuition fees can be paid in the following ways:
- Cash
- Credit/Debit card
- Bank transfer to the company's account
If a child does not attend due to the parents'/guardians' responsibility, the deposit amount is non-refundable. If a child permanently discontinues attendance, the next monthly installment must still be paid. If a child is absent for less than a month, tuition fees must be paid as usual. If a child is absent for a continuous period longer than a month, at least the first month of absence must be paid. If a child is absent for regular extended periods by the parents' choice without discontinuing attendance, the spot remains reserved and tuition fees must be paid as usual.
