INTERNAL REGULATIONS
Kindergarten's Internal Regulations
In the spirit of fostering a positive collaboration and providing quality education to our school's students, we present you with this document upon the enrollment of your child. This document serves as the Internal Operating Regulations of the Kindergarten and aims to inform you about the fundamental principles of our school's organization and operation.
The Internal Operating Regulations have been drafted in collaboration with the educators and strive to help every member of the educational community (students, educators, support staff, parents/guardians) better understand their role in the school's life. At the same time, it ensures the conditions and prerequisites necessary for the school to operate in the most creative and effective manner and to achieve the goals we set as a school community each time.
The Regulations are based on what is stipulated by the State for the education and operation of Public and Private Schools, incorporate accepted pedagogical principles, and are adapted to the specific conditions of the Kindergarten's operation.
Our goal is to create an educational and teaching climate that facilitates the seamless and effective functioning of our educational program, while ensuring that the students feel confident, secure, fully utilize their potential, set goals, accomplish them, and meet everyone's expectations. Therefore, the rules are a basic prerequisite for the systematic and effective execution of the school's work.
For all these reasons, the cooperation and contribution of all involved parties are necessary. They must be informed about, implement, and respect the rules of the school routine experienced by the child.
Please review the document carefully and follow the procedures that concern you. Enrolling a student in our school requires the acceptance and implementation of the following rules to ensure the smooth, organized, and cooperative operation of our school community, for the benefit of our children.
Thank you for your cooperation, and we wish you a good and creative year.

The processing of cognitive subjects is done interdisciplinarily with the combined use of collaborative methods and direct teaching forms, following the principles of the new Kindergarten Curriculum (A.P.S. 2021). Collaborative learning is a form of organizing the pedagogical and educational environment, a system that allows small groups of children to achieve common goals, and as they work together, both individual and group learning are optimized. This is promoted through interdisciplinary approaches and project-based learning, where children approach knowledge holistically.
Modern teaching methods, rich visual and pedagogical material, as well as the use of auxiliary teaching aids and technologies, contribute to promoting experiential learning and creativity among children.
The above programs are centered on the child and are adjusted according to their needs. They emphasize teaching children how to learn rather than accumulating knowledge.
All consumable materials (notebooks, papers, cardboards, colored pencils, markers, watercolors, clay, scissors, glue, etc.) that children will use during the school year are provided entirely by the Kindergarten. The principal also informs students and parents about the basic rules and procedures to follow during such events.

- During an earthquake, parents should avoid calling the school as phone lines may be down due to high call volumes, which can cause unnecessary panic.
- If an earthquake occurs while children are on the school bus, the bus will park at a safe spot until the shaking stops. Children will then return to the school to be picked up by their parents using their own transportation.
- The decision on whether the school will operate on the following days after an earthquake is made by the government and announced through media channels.
- The school will notify parents via email or SMS once it receives information from the relevant city authorities.
- In the case of flooding, children will remain at the school until parents can safely pick them up.
- The decision on whether the school will operate on subsequent days following a flood is made by the city authorities.
An open, cooperative, and democratic school like ours relies on the collaboration of all members of the educational community—students, teachers, the principal, and the Parents' Association—to fulfill its mission.
