Through sports like tennis, basketball, gymnastics and athletics, children come in contact with sports from a very early age. For children aged 3 to 6 years, we have adapted sports activities according to their age needs, focusing on entertainment, developing their neuromuscular system and practicing basic skills.
The aim of Mini sports course is for our young athletes to get acquainted with a lot of different sports (individual and group), to promote their talents and to channel their energy creatively.
Let’s not forget that by exercising from an early age children strengthen their muscular and bone system while learning to control their body and consequently their movements. They also achieve faster and more substantial socialization, while being provided opportunities for self-promotion, building their self-confidence and feelings of co-operation, discipline and teamwork.
